Approve the notification we’re sending to your app on your smart device.
After you scan the QR code, choose “Next”. On your phone, you will see a notification from the authenticator app asking you to approve the sign-in request. Enter your Office 365 Dev account email and password on your computer and then select Sign in. Scan the QR Code (on your screen) with with Authenticator App. Select Work or school account and then scan the QR code that appears on your computer screen. Then add an account and select “Work or School”. Open the Authenticator App on your smart device. You will be asked to provide more information to keep your account secure. Please install this application on your smart device prior to beginning this process. Other methods are working, like sending a text message or a phone call, but not scanning it using the authenticator.
If the problem persists, contact your local IT administrator to resolve it. The app can be installed from the App Store or Play Store on your iOS or Android device.
